Avalanche Creek
Avalanche Creek flows through Avalanche Gorge in Glacier National Park. This image was taken in October when the water flow is very low so the eroded red granite is visible. Through out most of the spring and summer months the blue glacier water from Avalanche Lake is roaring through the gorge covering the rock.
